Research Interest

I am interested in mathematical modeling and evolution of infectious diseases, computational dynamical systems, Bayesian MCMC and optimization.  My current work include analytical and computational analysis of dengue disease models. More specifically I do parameter estimation using observed data, model selection, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis and try to understand short- and long term impacts of dengue vaccine introduction.
